• Email Subject Line Should Read: Press Release, Media Alert, etc.,: Subject of Alert (e.g. Press Release: eDJGroup Announces Ground Breaking Social Media Survey Results)
• Once you have entered the subject line, please cut and paste the announcement into the body of the email
• Please include the link where the press release will be posted
• If it is possible, please send all press releases 24 hours in advance or more. Please also include the date and the time that the announcement will be released.
