Guidance Software continues to be a player in the eDiscovery space, holding its own in a very competitive market. While many organizations use Encase for collection, anecdotal evidence suggests that customers augment Encase with other tools for ECA instead of using Encase eDiscovery. Guidance Software needs to quickly get an advanced TAR offering to market in order to remain competitive.
