DiscoverReady's parent company, Dolan, is in bankruptcy and intends to spin out DiscoverReady as a separate entity with no debt and a $10M credit line. At the same time, several founding execs at DiscoverReady have moved to other providers and the website does not show a CEO or other key roles. eDJ is calling this an opportunity on a financial basis, but it is also a huge challenge to adapt their managed review value proposition to the new market.
